Sends the confirmation message to the participant identified by uid manually. There are no parameters other than the uid path parameter.
Returns 404 when the participant doesn't exist.
Returns 400 when the participant is not confirmed or not reacted.
Returns 500 when the confirmation could not be sent successfully.
